Austin ISD requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:

SCOPE OF WORK:
Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) is seeking a contractor to renovations to existing mechanical and electrical systems. This includes heating, air conditioning and electrical improvements. In addition, there will be the conversion of one (1) classroom into a mental health center and counselor office, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents at Blanton Elementary School.
There will be renovations to existing mechanical and electrical systems as well as addition of infill walls and doors between classrooms and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents at Zavala Elementary School. AISD shall have the right under the contract to assess liquidated damages for and not limited to performance and schedule delays beyond substantial completion.
